Made with Celia’s soft flour tortillas, black beans, corn, cheese, and salsa, they air fry to golden perfection in minutes. Perfect for lunch, snack time, or your next party platter! 🌯✨


🛒 Ingredients

  • ½ can black beans (drained and rinsed)

  • ½ can yellow corn (drained)

  • 1 handful shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)

  • 2 spoonfuls salsa

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • Celia’s Flour Tortillas (as many as needed)

  • Cooking spray or oil


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling:In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, shredded cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Stir until well blended.

2. Assemble the Taquitos:Warm Celia’s Flour Tortillas slightly to make them flexible.Add a spoonful of the bean and corn filling to each tortilla and roll tightly.

3. Air Fry:

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F.

  • Lightly spray or brush taquitos with oil.

  • Place seam-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

For extra flavor, mix taco seasoning or lime juice into the filling. You can also bake the taquitos at 400°F for 15 minutes if you don’t have an air fryer.
