Ingredients
Celia's flour tortillas (fajita size)
Hash brown
2 eggs
Shredded cheddar cheese
Red pepper flakes
Garlic salt
Mixed greens
Cherry tomatoes
Mushrooms
Balsamic glaze
Instructions
Cook hash brown in air fryer or oven
Scramble 2 eggs on low heat and season with red pepper flakes and garlic salt
Cook mixed greens, chopped cherry tomatoes and mushrooms on low heat
Assemble tacos (recommended: first hash browns, then scrambled eggs, then vegetables)
Top with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and enjoy!
