Breakfast Tortilla Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Large tortilla

  • Scrambled eggs

  • Cooked sausage, crumbled

  • Black beans

  • Salsa

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite blend)

  • Sour cream

  • Avocado, sliced

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Press the tortilla into an oven-safe bowl or mold to shape it into a bowl.

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.

  4. Carefully remove the tortilla bowl from the oven and let it cool slightly.

  5. Fill the tortilla bowl with scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and black beans.

  6. Top with salsa, shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, avocado slices, and fresh cilantro.
