Classic Crunch Wrap

To make a classic Crunchwrap, follow these general steps and gather the ingredients listed below:

Ingredients:

  1. Large flour tortillas

  2. Ground beef or turkey

  3. Taco seasoning

  4. Shredded cheese

  5. Corn tortillas

  6. Sour cream

  7. Shredded lettuce

  8. Diced tomatoes

  9. Optional: jalapeños, onions, salsa, guacamole

Instructions:

  1. Cook Meat: Brown the ground meat and mix in taco seasoning.

  2. Assemble Base: Place a large tortilla on a flat surface, add shredded cheese in the center, and add seasoned meat.

  3. Add Crunch Layer: Place a corn tortilla (crispy from being in the air fryer for 5 minutes on 350) shell over the meat, spread sour cream on it, then add lettuce, tomatoes, and other toppings.

  4. Wrap: Place a smaller tortilla or cut piece of another large tortilla on top of the filling and fold the edges of the large tortilla towards the center, covering all the fillings.

  5. Grill: Heat a skillet, place the Crunchwrap seam-side down to seal the edges with heat, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
