Ingredients
Celia's corn tortillas
Fish of your choice (recommended: cod)
Cajun seasoning
Lime
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Shredded lettuce
Tomato
Salsa
Jalapeños
Sour cream
Instructions
Fry Celia's corn tortillas until crispy
Coat fish in cajun seasoning and cook on stove top on medium heat
Mix shredded lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette
Layer the fried tortillas, fish, lettuce mixture, chopped tomato and chopped jalapeños
Top with salsa, sour cream and a lime slice
Serve and enjoy!
