Ground Beef Taco Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Low-carb wrap

  • Seasoned ground beef, cooked

  • Spanish rice

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite blend)

  • Salsa

  • Sour cream

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Press the low-carb wrap into an oven-safe bowl or mold to shape it into a bowl.

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the wrap is crispy and golden brown.

  4. Carefully remove the tortilla bowl from the oven and let it cool slightly.

  5. Fill the bowl with cooked ground beef and Spanish rice.

  6. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, salsa, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
