Vegetarian Tortilla Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Large tortilla

  • Cooked rice

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Black beans

  • Salsa

  • Hot sauce

  • Tomato, diced

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite blend)

  • Sour cream

  • Jalapeños, sliced

  • Red onion, diced

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Press the tortilla into an oven-safe bowl or mold to shape it into a bowl.

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.

  4. Carefully remove the tortilla bowl from the oven and let it cool slightly.

  5. Fill the tortilla bowl with cooked rice, shredded lettuce, and black beans.

  6. Add a spoonful of salsa, a drizzle of hot sauce, diced tomato, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.

  7. Top with sliced jalapeños, diced red onion, and fresh cilantro.
